PURPOSE: A headrest is provided to make a driver or a passenger lean the neck or the back of the head comfortably by installing a headrest of a front seat movably forward and backward. CONSTITUTION: A headrest(50) is composed of a guide member(30) fixed on the upper part of a seat back frame and having a rotating hole on its one side and guide pieces on both sides on its upper part, a rotating member(40) installed in the guide member rotatable and having a placing groove(43) to hang the pole of the headrest on the other side of a fixing piece(42), a rotating lever(60) hung on the hanging hole of the fixing piece and rotating the rotating member, a guide groove(51a) formed on both sides of the pole of the headrest and inserted to slide forward and backward, and an elastic member(70) installed between the fixing piece and the seat back frame. Herein, if a user pushes the headrest forward and backward, the guide groove moves forward and backward along a guide piece(34) of the guide member so that the headrest can move forward and backward.
