PURPOSE: A structure for preventing the displacement of a lock pin is provided to prevent a lock pin from being removed from an upper metal mold even if vibration or shock force is generated by the contact of a cutting blade with a panel in a process. CONSTITUTION: An upper metal mold(20) contains plural bolt apertures(21) while containing plural lock pin apertures(22) among the bolt apertures to be formed by a narrow unit(23) and an expansion unit(24). And, a cutting blade(40) is installed at the upper part of the upper metal mold for cutting a processed material. A lock pin(50) contains a front end installed in the cutting blade and in an upper casting(30) through the expansion unit and the narrow unit of the lock pin aperture. Moreover, a fixing member(60) is combined to the narrow unit through the expansion unit of the lock pin aperture for preventing the replacement of the lock pin. Herein, the fixing member is a headless bolt while forming a screw unit(61) on the outer circumference.
