PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a ferric chloride etching waste soln. contg. nickel. SOLUTION: By using a diaphragm type electrolytic regenerating device in which an electrolytic cell in which the center is provided with a cathode chamber, and both sides are provided with anode chambers via a diaphragm is made as 1 unit, and this is connected to multistage, a ferric chloride etching waste soln. 1 is fed from an inlet 10 by a pump 4.
