PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method reasonable to all of the production step, the molding step, and the reusing step when effectively utilizing a cellulosic material. SOLUTION: This method of producing a polyurethane resin composition compounded with a cellulosic material comprises dissolving the cellulosic material in an unsaturated polyester in a stage of synthesizing to provide a uniform dissolved product, and reacting the obtained dissolved product with a polyisocyanate. The dissolving of the cellulosic material is carried out by raising the temperature of the dissolving system of the cellulosic material to >=70 deg.C, to dissolve the cellulosic material in the synthetic system of an unsaturated polyester and raising the temperature of the dissolved product to >=160 deg.C to performs the condensation reaction through dehydration.
