PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To superiorly exhibit the performance of a chlorine removing filter by providing a constant flow valve for setting the discharge to a flow rate matching to the chlorine removal capacity of a dechlorination filter in a device provided with a shower head incorporating a dechlorination filter connected to a faucet body via a hose. SOLUTION: A dechlorination filter 9 is incorporated in a head body 6 connected to a faucet via a hose and chlorine removed water passing through the dechlorination filter 9 is sprayed from a shower plate 10. A raw water shower plate 11 spraying the raw water without passing through the dechlorination filter 9 is provided in the center of the shower plate 10 so that the raw water can be switched to pass through the raw water shower plate 11 or the chlorine removal water shower plate 10 by the operation of a switch 12. In this case a constant flow valve 16 is arranged in a shower set 4 in a faucet body 1.
