PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spherical granule having an excellent feeling of dosing, a sufficient hardness, a high apparent density and an excellent flowability and to provide a production method for the spherical granule. SOLUTION: This spherical granule comprises erythritol, preferably >=90% erythritol, without any binder, furthermore preferably a taste modifier and/or a medicine, etc. The spherical granule is produced by adding ethanol to a composition containing erythritol, kneading, sphering with a high-speed mixing and stirring granulator after extruding and granulating the obtained composition and drying it. |
