PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation tool, being low in a manufacture error and having an accurate size, and especially the blade thereof at low cost. SOLUTION: In a separation tool and in a type wherein the tool is provided with a saw teeth train and comprises a base body; and a band material fixed at the base body and supporting the teeth train, the base body 12 is formed of a starting material already present as a rigid support band material 15 before a band material 13 is fixed. The band material 13 is already provided with the teeth train to form the teeth train 11 and solidified before the band material is fixed at the support band material 15. The band material consists of a strip 16 fixed at the support band material 15 by welding or soldering.
