PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deaeration capacity by increasing the surface area of a deaeration membrane structure capable of being housed in a casing in a deaeration module using a deaeration device for removing a dissolved gas from coating liquid. SOLUTION: A plurality of liquid passing projecting parts 20 are formed in scattered dot state on the inside surface of the spirally wound deaeration membrane structure 10. The deaeration membrane structure 10 is wound with the liquid passing projecting parts 20 at a certain interval without coming in contact with the inside positioned deaeration membrane structure. The interval of the positions of the liquid passing projecting parts 20 forms a liquid passage 30, through which the coating liquid is passed as liquid to be deaerated.
