PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the correction accuracy for a user to accurately judge the load on a washing machine by accumulating the drive quantity from the start of using a rotary mechanism such as a motor, storing the accumulated value, and correcting the judged quantity of load so as to follow the aged deterioration of the machine based on the accumulated value. SOLUTION: From the start of using a washing machine in washing operation, except times for feeding and discharging water, as a rotation mechanism, a motor 4, is actually rotates to drive washing, rinsing, and dehydrating, the rotation pulse number is measured by a rotation sensor attached on the motor 4 and accumulated and the accumulated value is stored in an external memory device 12. The accumulated value of the rotation pulse number indicates the actual rotation number of the rotation mechanism of the motor 4. Judged load on the washing machine is corrected based on the accumulated value stored in the external memory device 12 as the value following the aged deterioration of the rotation mechanism.
