PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand flower arrangement with goods which brings about a change and progression and enhances a propaganda effect by mounting goods, such as daruma (Dharma), manekineko (a beckoning figure of a cat displayed in shops to bring luck) and ojizo (a guardian diety of children), formed by recycling of resources at this stand. SOLUTION: Waste paper, such as news and magazines, is dissolved in water to a liquid form and is mingled with fiber-components. This mixture blended with fiber component is molded by molds and the moldings are solidified. The goods, such as daruma 1, manekineko 2 and ojizo, which are formed by applying suitable colors, designs and characters to such moldings are mounted at the stand flower arrangement.
