PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily process a jam by means of a simple operation by turning an upper guide member upward, bringing a projection part in the guide member into contact with a butting member, and moving a shaft engaged with the upper guide member in the direction separating from a conveying rotary body while using the contact part as a fulcrum. SOLUTION: A movable side of an upper guide plate 31 is lifted so that a projection part 31a and the like in the upper guide plate 31 is brought into contact with a lower guide plate 27, and then, the upper guide plate 31 is turned further. In this way, a fulcrum for turning the upper guide plate 31 is shifted from a roller shaft 30 to a contact part between the projection part 31a and the lower guide plate 27, so that the roller shaft 30 is moved upward along a regulating member 36. Then, a conveying roller 29 journalled to the roller shaft 30 is also integrally moved upward, so that a clamping pressure between the conveying roller 29 ahd a conveyance roller 28 is released.
