PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To train vegetation against the whole wall face of a concrete retaining wall or a concrete structure in a short time to cover the face therewith for greening. SOLUTION: This greening structure is constituted of a front face plate 2 provided with almost the same size with the front face board 4 of a block and formed of a porous plate having a number of small holes 21 through which buds and stalks of vegetation pass, an attaching face for the front face plate 2, arranged at both right and left ends and the nearly central part of the rear face of the front face plate 2, and a frame body 1 that the lower ends of vertical connection plates 11 formed of the vertical attaching faces 13 to the front face board 4 of the block are integrally connected with a bottom plate 12. The attaching face 13 of the frame body 1 of a housing body 3 where the attaching face for the front face plate of the frame body is integrally attached to the rear face of the front face plate 2 is attached to the front face board 4 of the retaining wall block 6 and then, a borrow material 5a mixed with seeds of vegetation is filled in a space formed between the front face board 4 and the front face plate 2 of the block.
