DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING BACKWARD MOVEMENT OF VEHICLE IN SLOPE

PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent the backward movement after braking in a slope by controlling the braking force with the operation of an actuator arranged in a rear wheel. CONSTITUTION: Braking devices(107,108) controls the difference between braking forces of front wheels and of rear wheels by the operation of an actuator arranged in the rear wheels to divide the braking force between more than one front wheels and more than one rear wheels. A preventing device of rear movement of a vehicle containing these braking devices contains: a first device(105) to distinguish if the vehicle is stopped according to a braking process controlled the difference between braking forces of front wheels and of rear wheels; and a second device(106) to distinguish if the vehicle is moved backward in the stopped state. When the second device is distinguished the rear movement of the vehicle, the rear movement of the vehicle in a slop is prevented by rising the braking force in the rear wheels.
