PURPOSE: A controller is provided to change a work characteristic of a work equipment as enabling to use by changing a capacity of a hydraulic pressure system with the same hydraulic pressure actuator without substituting the hydraulic pressure actuator. CONSTITUTION: An excavator is composed of: a hydraulic pressure pump(40) for supplying working oil, a bucket cylinder(14), a boom cylinder(16), an arm cylinder(18), a traveling motor(20), a rotation motor(22) and an operator(42) for generating an operation signal of a driver, a program converter(45) for changing a capacity of an operation of many hydraulic pressure actuators and a controller(44) for delivering the control signal corresponding to the operation capacity established by the program converter(45) to a first control valve(46) and to a second control valve(48) according to the operation of each operator(41).
