PURPOSE: An adjuster is provided to give a driver's comfortableness by adjusting a headrest forward and rearward. CONSTITUTION: Frames(200,200') move with a sliding unit(120) when a headrest horizontally moves toward a driver(300) but a guide unit does'n't move. An adjusting bar(101) upward and downward fixed in a seat, a guide pipe(102) fixed on the upper part of the adjusting bar and a guide bush(104) inserted into the guide pipe are fixed in the seat and a sliding bar(122) of a sliding unit horizontally moves along the guide bush. According to moving the sliding bar, a spring and an adjusting gear installed in the guide bush fix an adjusted position by butting elastically.
