PURPOSE: A circuit for detecting a phase of a load break switch is provided to decide whether each voltage, applied to power supply and load, is phases. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for detecting a phase of a load break switch comprises: a pluralityof comparator which is equipped to each input voltage, to compare the inputted each voltage with standard voltage; an adder for adding each output signal outputted from the comparator; and a counter for counting an output signal generated from the adder, for measuring time, and for detecting the phase difference by the measured time. The counter counts time which the output signal is generated, by using a pulse signal when the output signal of the adder is generated. An interval of the pulse signal is approximately 1 micro second.
