PURPOSE: A device for adjusting open degree is provided to control the open degree accurately and to keep firmness by operating a damper of a duct according to the interlock of bosses at both directions of a knob by turning the knob and the integration of limit protruded parts. CONSTITUTION: An open degree adjusting device(100) is composed of an operation member(101) connected to an operation shaft for operating a damper of a duct of an air conditioner of a vehicle, a connection rod(102) connected at the point of forming a regular eccentric force of the operation member by a pin; a knob(105) also connected by a pin while having a regular eccentric force with the connection rod, and a control piece(110) formed on the rear of the knob. Herein, the open degree is controlled accurately and the firmness is kept by operating a damper of a duct according to the interlock of bosses at both directions of a knob by turning the knob and the integration of limit protruded parts.
