PRODUCING PROCESS FOR NATURAL DYE FROM ACORN AND CHESTNUT SHELL AND DYEING METHOD FOR FIBER PRODUCTS USING NATURAL DYE

摘要

PURPOSE: A producing process of natural dyes is provided which reduces cost in that it simplifies the process of extracting pigments and then producing dye as well as enables waste agricultural products to be used effectively. CONSTITUTION: A producing process of natural dyes is as follows: (1) Adding water or some alkali to acorns, crushing them in mixer with pouring 5 times of water whose pH is adjusted as 9-11 and letting them as they are to extract the pigment components. For chestnuts, adding water or alkali and heating the mixture at 100°C for 30-60 minutes in 5 times of water whose pH is 9-11 to extract the pigment components. (2) Filtering, drying and crushing the extracts to produce powder.
