SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING TRANSFER OF TAPE CARRIER PACKAGE AND BLANKING

PURPOSE: A controlling system is provided to control a transfer and a blanking, by detecting a location of a film tape of a tape carrier package. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of transfer holes(H) are arranged according to length on both ends with a width direction of a TCP(Tape Carrier Package) to a predetermined pitch(P). A controlling system of a blanking device and a transfer roller device of the TCP transfer a TCP film tape(F) to the blanking device(25). A sproket comprises: a lower transfer roller(23) formed on the both ends; a driving servo motor for driving the lower transfer roller(23) as a predetermined rotation angle; a detecting sensor(S) for detecting whether the TCP of the TCP film tape(F) exists; and a controller(50) for transferring the TCP film tape(F) from the detecting sensor(S) as a TCP pitch(P), and controlling operations of the rotation angle of the servo motor and the blanking device(25).
