PURPOSE: A device for extracting plasticizer for manufacturing a battery is provided to continuously an extracting work, to reduce the work time and to increase work convenience. CONSTITUTION: An extracting device contains a first and a second extracting cabinet(11)(12) installed to rotate a mesh box, a first and a second solvent tank(13)(14) filling a solvent supplied to the cabinets or collected from the cabinets, n distiller(21) distilling collected solvent and a first to a third pump(17,18,19) transferring the solvent. A first and a second motor(15)(16) rotate the mesh box installed inside the extracting cabinets. The solvent supplied to the first solvent tank(13) is supplied to the first cabinet by pressing force and the first cabinet extracts plasticizer.
