PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the sure and comfortable mounting and dismounting of the component elements of a buckle by extending a lock plate partially from central legs of stationary parts into these parts to form a spacing from the remaining stationary parts and specifying the height and diameter of movable parts. SOLUTION: A stationary part 14 has an upper horizontal leg 20 and a lower horizontal leg 22. An inner vertical leg 24, an outer vertical leg 26 and a central vertical leg 28 exist between these upper and lower legs. An inner vertical leg 44, an outer vertical leg 46 and a central vertical leg 48 exist between the upper horizontal leg 40 and lower horizontal leg 42 of the movable parts 34. The elastic lock plates 52 extends upward from the central vertical leg 28 of the stationary part 14 and the stationary parts 14 leave a spacing between the lock plate 52 and the remaining portions of the stationary parts. The height of the inner vertical leg 44 is higher than the height of the lock plate 52 and the height of the lock plate 52 is lower than the height of the perpendicular legs of the stationary parts 14. In addition, the cylindrical leg 44 has the diameter slightly larger than the spacing formed between the lock plate 52 and the remaining portion of the stationary part 14. |
