PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disc which can have a less number of components and which can be simply manufactured. SOLUTION: A hub 1 is composed of an inner hub 2 and an outer hub 3 which can be rotated by a predetermined angle, relative to the inner hub 2, and a low stiffness damper 4 for elastically coupling the inner hub 2 and the outer hub 3 with each other so as to allow relative rotation therebetween. The low stiffness damper 4 is composed of a first planar member 5 coupled to the outer hub 3, a second planar member 6 located between the first planar member 5 and the outer hub 3 and coupled to the inner hub 2, and spring members 7, 8 for elastically coupling the second planar member 6 with the inner hub 2, and the first planar member 5 with the outer hub 3 so that they are rotatable, relative to each other. The spring members 7, 8 are accommodated in windows 24, 25 formed in the second planar member 6 and are engaged with spring engaging parts 12a, 13a formed on the outer hub 3, and spring engaging parts 20a, 21a formed on the first planar member 5.
