PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust a tear length when a packaging bag is unsealed by forming the packaging bag of a synthetic resin film having barrier property and providing a V-shaped or U-shaped cut from an exterior of an end heat- bonded part on one of intersection lines where the end heat-bonded part intersects with a foot of a back lining heat-bonded part. SOLUTION: An end heat-bonded part 11 is formed at an end of the packaging bag 10, and a back lining heat-bonded part (back lining) 12 is formed at the right angle to the end heat-bonded part 11. An intersection line 14 is formed at a part where the part 11 intersects with the back lining 12, and a chevron- shaped cut 15 is formed from an exterior of the part 11 on the part of the intersection line 14. When the packaging bag 10 is to be unsealed, the back lining 12 of the bag 10 is pulled by fingers, whereby the bag is torn off along a heat-bonded part at the foot of the back lining 12 to form a slit on a wall face of the bag 10 for unsealing. If contents remain in the bag 10 after unsealing, an empty part of the bag 10 and a part of the cut back lining 12 are tied to close an unsealed mouth.
