PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake fluid packing method whereby the hydraulic passages of a hydraulic brake device can be completely filled with a brake fluid by surely performing evacuation. SOLUTION: As a solenoid control valve 24 and pressure reducing solenoids 44, 50 are repeatedly opened and closed at predetermined time intervals, all of hydraulic pressure passages in a hydraulic brake device are surely evacuated by a master cylinder 16 and evacuating pumps 2 mounted in the ports of wheel cylinders 42, 48. Further, as the solenoid control valve 24 and the pressure reducing solenoids 44, 50 are repeatedly opened and closed and the pump 54 is driven, a brake fluid is force-fed from a brake fluid force-feeding device 4 mounted in place of the evacuating pumps 2, thus completely filling the hydraulic passages of the hydraulic brake device with the brake fluid.
