PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safety equal to a seat belt by arranging a seat bar for restricting a driver to a vehicular seat in the armrest part in the vehicular seat having the seat part for seating the driver, the seat back part arranged in the rear of the seat part and the armrest part arranged in one of the left and right of the seat part. SOLUTION: A vehicular seat 1 in a forklift has the seat part 10 for seating a driver, the seat back part 2 arranged in the rear of the seat part 10 and the armrest parts 3, 32 arranged on the left and right of the seat part 10, and a seat bar 4 for restricting the driver to the vehicular seat 1 is arranged in one armrest part 3. This seat bar 4 enters around into the front side of the driver seated on the seat part 10 from the right armrest part 3, and is extended up to a position going over a width directional central position of the vehicular seat 1. The seat bar 4 is movably arranged so as to open a front face or a side face of the driver, and has a fixing means for fixing the seat bar 4 to a normal position.
