PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the emitting amt. of a liquid sufficient in an erected and inverted type pump dispenser and to also prevent the generation of dissonance. SOLUTION: A pump dispenser is mounted on a container 10 housing a liquid of which the viscosity at 25 deg.C is 1-100 cP and enables the ejection of the housed liquid at times of an erected state and an inverted state. In this case, the material quality of a ball (valve ball) 24 constituting the valve on the side of the container of the intermediate chamber 15 in the dispenser 14 has a specific gravity which is 0.8-2.7 times the specific gravity of the liquid.
