PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save work for asking the kind of fuel from a customer and work for setting up refueling charge, and thus decrease work of the stuff in a gas station by outputting an oil-kind signal based upon a customer's data received by a transmitter- receiver, and installing therein a settlement device for settling up charge on the basis of the refueling data and customer's data received from a refueling system. SOLUTION: When an automotive vehicle 12 stops at the front of a refueling system 3 and a transponder 13 receives a transmitting signal from a transmitter-receiver 10, the transponder 13 transmits customer data. As the customer data is inputted in a settlement device 8 via the transmitter-receiver 10, the settlement device 8 operates to make a credit check of the customer, and if the credit is reliable, an oil-kind signal of the customer is inputted in a refueling system 3. A refueling control device 7 of the refueling system 3 having an oil-kind signal from the settling device 8 allows an oil-kind metering mechanism 4 to be operable. When a refueling operation is finished, the refueling control device 7 works to stop the operation of the metering mechanism 4 and output refueling data to the settlement device 8. The settlement device 8 conducts a settlement process before settlement data is transmitted to the refueling device 3 via the transmitter-receiver.
