SOLUTION: This device for exterminating noxious insects is equipped with a cover 5 capable of covering part of a floor surface F, etc., a blower 18 to suck the air inside the cover 5 from a suction hole 7 and blow off from a blowout hole 8 into the cover 5, a dust collecting tool 10 to clean the air from the suction hole 7 to blowout hole 8, and a heater 12 to heat the air blown off from the hole 8. The blowout hole 8 is furnished with a diffuser 6 to diffuse a hot wind and blow to the floor surface F, etc., while the suction hole 7 is arranged around the diffuser 6. With the blowout hole 8, a cylinder 11 for accommodating the heater 11 is connected to send the air to the heater 12 and generate a hot wind, and a suction air chamber 14 is provided for filling the area around the cylinder 11 with the air sucked from the suction hole 7.
