PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously hold a canteen and lunchboxes by directly cooling or warming the upper and lower lunchboxes by the canteen. SOLUTION: First engaging bodies 7 and 7' are provided on both side parts of a lower lunchbox main body 3 and second engaging bodies 7a are provided on both side parts of the canteen positioned on it. Then, fixing boards 14 are provided on both side parts of a cover 2a placed on an upper lunchbox main body 3a through hinges 15, and the boards 14 are provided with engaging parts 16 to be respectively engaged with the first engaging bodies 7, 7' and the second engaging body 7a.
