PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella with its bag which prevents loosing of the umbrella bag by always connecting the bag and the umbrella with a connecting member and avoids requiring a high cost for it by utilizing the connecting member as the hanging string of the umbrella. SOLUTION: This handle 16 of an umbrella 10 and an umbrella bag 12 are connected with each other with a connecting member 14 to be used as the hanging string in common. A large loop part 24 for hanging at an umbrella hanger is formed at the member 14. At the bag 12, a slit 34 which is long in its longitudinal direction is formed. One end of a winding band 42 is fixed to the bag 12, a first connecting member 40a is fixed to the bag 12 and a second connecting member 40b in the state of being freely attachable and detachable with the member 40a with the other end of the band. Then, in the case of using the umbrella 10, after rounding the bag 12 from a free end to be small, the band 42 is wound around the rounded small bag 12 and the member 40b and the member 40a are connected with each other.
