PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a skin lotion, effective for prevention of skin senility such as appearance of wrinkles, for amelioration and for depression of hair growing, or the like by including a specific compound. SOLUTION: This skin lotion includes a compound of formula I [wherein, R1 and R2 are each H or an alkyl; R3 and R4 are each H, an aralkyl or a (substituted)alkyl], (e.g. a compound of formula II) or its salt [e.g. an alkali metal salt, an alkaline earth metal salt, an amine salt, an amino acid salt or the like] in a content of pref. 0.0001-40 wt.% (esp.pref. 0.01-20 wt.%) based on the weight of the skin lotion. The compound of formula I can be produced by e.g. reacting a dipeptide with a halogenated formate in a base such as an amine.
