SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING SEPTICEMIA

PURPOSE: A system for preventing and treating septicemia in patient's blood is provided which is able to kill at least 99% of blood borne microbes and eliminate about 90% of blood borne traces molecules. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises: (i) an ultra violet radiating device(104) which accommodates blood and radiates the light from a light source to the blood and comprises an ultra violet light source and a fluid chamber; (ii) a blood concentrator(106), comprising a hollow cylinder and a center core, and a filter device(111), comprising a housing and an electrostatic filter, which are placed to receive the blood from the ultra violet radiating device(104); and (iii) a diluted solution supplying source(113) which is to supply the diluted solution to the blood to be supplied to the ultra violet radiating device(104).
