PURPOSE: Provided is a method of treatment and(or) prevention of symptom relating to leptin resistance and complication thereof. Effective and non-toxic pharmaceutically acceptable amount of a leptin sensitization agent or pharmaceutically acceptable derivatives thereof is medicated internally. CONSTITUTION: A leptin sensitization agent is co-medicated with leptin and/or derivatives, for example, agonist. The leptin sensitization agent is an insulin sensitization agent containing thiazolidindion and acyclic insulin sensitization agent, or PPAR gamma agonist. PPAR gamma agonist contains thiazolidindion which is thiazolin-2,4-dion derivative having residue of formula A.
