摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing safflower wine which is especially favorable for women and has good medicinal effects on blood circulation and menstrual irregularity for women CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process comprises the steps of; primary dehydration, in which a safflower(Carthamus tinctorius) is harvested when its color turns yellow into red, then hydrated in shadow for 7 days; pulverization, in which dried flowers are roasted for 10 minutes at 80°C, then pulverized; fermentation, in which 40 wt.% of flower powder is mixed with 60 wt.% of wheat flour and predetermined amount of water, and fermented for 15 days within a container maintained at 25 - 35°C, which results malts; secondary hydration, in which 20 wt.% of primarily dried flower powder is mixed with 80 wt.% of steamed rice, then hydrated in shadow for 2 days; maturation, in which secondarily dried safflower powder is mixed with malts made from fermentation step, matured within a container maintained at 25 - 35°C for 20 days.
