SOLUTION: This new food product is obtained by boiling opossum shrimp in salt water followed by pickling the resultant opossum shrimp in a 'Mentaiko'-flavored liquor (Karashi-Mentaiko: codfish ovary pickled with red pepper) and then seasoning it with Guinea pepper. |
