PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dislocation of a partitioning member in a diameter direction of a liquid sealing vibration control device, and to prevent early thermal deterioration of a liquid chamber rubber portion. SOLUTION: A partitioning member 7 which divides a liquid chamber 5 of a liquid sealing vibration control device 1 into a main liquid chamber 5a and a sub-liquid chamber 5b is prepared by connecting a first metal plate 26 to a second metal plate 27. Circumferential grooves for an orifice are formed on their outer peripheral parts. A flange 38 is formed on the outer peripheral part of the second metal plate 27 on the side of the main liquid chamber for guiding press-fitting. A part of a rubber portion 22 of the liquid chamber composing one side of an orifice is thermally insulated.
