摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the softening of a reinforcing material by extinction or roughing of the precipitated particles of a solute element and provide a high strength block by constituting the reinforcing material by use of a specified aluminum alloy material hardly softened by heat. SOLUTION: Each block 7 is provided with an aluminum alloy-made reinforcing material 12 formed in substantially H-shape, and a resin such as phenolic composite material is applied to the whole surface of the reinforcing material 12 to integrally laminate a resin layer 13. The resin layer 13 need not be provided on the whole body of the reinforcing material 12, but may be provided on both belt width directional side parts of the reinforcing material 12 which form the contact parts 9 with the block 7. The reinforcing material 12 is formed of the aged material of a metal material consisting of the aluminum alloy of alloy number 2024 in JIS specification.
