PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of the lubricant outside due to an impact of a fall and adhesion thereof to a disc by providing an inclined part in a cylinder part at an outer wall side, and coating the inclined part with an oil repellent agent so as to repel the lubricant leaked from a radial bearing part, and adhering the leaked lubricant to a fixed member with the centrifugal force of a rotary member. SOLUTION: In the case where the excessive quantity of a lubricant 15 existing in a clearance between a shaft 12 and a radial bearing part 13a is leaked downward from the radial bearing part 13a by the centrifugal force generated with the high-speed rotation of a sleeve 13 when an impact by a fall of a device is generated and arrives a tapered part 13b through a lower end surface of a cylinder part 13c, the lubricant 15 is repelled by an oil repellent agent 16 coated on the tapered part 13b, and splashed to lower end corners of a wall part 11a of a base 11 by the centrifugal force. Since the base 11 is a fixed member, the lubricant 15 adhered to the wall 11a as a part of the fixed base 11 is not moved outward, and leakage of the lubricant can be prevented. With this structure, adhesion of the leaked lubricant 15 to a disc 14 is prevented, and the normal recording and replaying operation is secured.
