PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash according to the range to be washed and the dirt condition by providing a heater and a washing nozzle, jetting washing water in the wide range centering around the anus when the washing water flowing to the washing nozzle is small, and concentratedly jetting the washing water in the narrow range centering around the anus when the flow of the washing water is large. SOLUTION: A stool seat temperature adjusting means 3, a washing means 4, and an operation means 5 are connected to a stool seat main body 2 fitted to a stool 1, and a main control means 6 controls the stool seat temperature, the washing temperature, the washing water quantity, and the like according to the operation signal from the operation mean 5. The operation means 5 is constituted of a washing beginning switch 5a, a washing stop switch 5b, a washing temperature operation key 5c, and a washing water quantity operation key 5d. When a user turns on the washing beginning switch 5a after evacuation, the main control means 6 executes weak washing for a fixed time, and then begins strong washing. After completing washing, when a washing switch is turned off, the main control means 6 executes again weak washing and finish washing.
