PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly execute etching of printed boards with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Many normal spray nozzles 19 are dispersedly arranged above a transporting device 4 for transporting the printed boards 50 at a constant speed and plural control spray nozzles 22 are arranged at prescribed intervals in a direction orthogonal with the transporting direction. The positions of the printed boards 50 under transportation are detected by a position detecting means 34 and the detection signals thereof are inputted to a controller 15. This controller 15 controls the spray periods of spray rates or spray quantity of the respective control spray nozzles 22 in response with the detection signals.
