PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system ensuring the maintenance operating efficiency for each operator to be properly understood. SOLUTION: This pneumatic spinning machine management system so designed as to be collocated with a number of winding spindles each furnished with an informing element (informing means) and project one of the informing elements when a specified maintenance work is needed by a relevant operator for the element, is such one as to be equipped with a means 30 for detecting that one of the informing element is in demand of maintenance work, a timer 13 for measuring the treatment time for the informing element being in demand of maintenance work based on the result from the means 30, a means for calculating average treatment time per once for the informing element, and a display 8 for showing the average treatment time thus calculated; wherein the average treatment time shown on the display 8 is automatically renewed every specified time.
