PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a bubble of gas being generated when photosensitive resin cures by constituting a patterned photosensitive resin layer serving as an ink channel component to form a space at a part within a specified length on the inside from an ink channel or to face the space. SOLUTION: A first substrate 11 for forming an ink channel component composed of a solid of already cured adhesive resin is bonded to a second substrate 12 for forming an ink channel component composed of a solid through a patterned photosensitive resin layer 13 serving as an ink channel component. The photosensitive resin layer 13 is provided with gas vents 16, i.e., spaces of 10-100μm wide, on the inside of an ink channel 15 at a maximum interval of 500μm in the direction parallel with the photosensitive resin layer 13. According to the structure, generation of a bubble is prevented when gas is generated through curing of photosensitive resin.
