PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mesh shift in a fiber-reinforced sheet from occurring and improve the bending resistance by arranging linear materials obtained by applying a resin skin layer on the surface of a reinforced core layer consisting of inorganic fibers, drawn in order in the longer direction, which is impregnated with a thermoplastic resin, in a meshlike fashion, and thermally fusion-bonding the linear materials and further, laminating a thermoplastic resin sheet on the fusion-bonded linear materials. SOLUTION: This continuous inorganic fiber-reinforced sheet 20 is obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin sheet 16 on one of the faces or both faces of a reticular structure with numerous meshes 14 formed by arranging plural freely foldable linear materials 10 in a meshlike pattern and firmly bonding each of the intersections of the linear materials 10. The linear materials 10 comprise numerous continuous inorganic fibers 2, drawn in order in the one direction, which are impregnated with a thermoplastic resin. A tapelike or a linear reinforced core layer is formed of the continuous inorganic fibers 2 and the thermoplastic resin. Further, a resin skin material layer is applied to the surface of the reinforced core layer and thus the linear material 10 is formed which is, as a whole, of a tapelike or a threadlike shape long in the one direction.
