PURPOSE: Novel anti-glaucoma agent is provided, which reduces intraocular pressure (IOP), increases blood stream of retin a but has no adverse reaction. CONSTITUTION: Provided is an anti-glaucoma agent comprising cocaine(a) or sulpiride(b)and pharmaceutical diluents. Eye ointment and eye solution preparation are manufactured by using cocaine and sulpiride which reduce IOP. The eye solution preparation of cocaine is prepared by soluting the cocaine in NaCl solution of 0.9%, The eye solution preparation of sulpiride is prepared by mixing with propylene glycol. buffer, diluent, lubricant, stabilizer such as hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin or carboxy methyl cellulose, anti-bacterial agent such as chlorobutanol, and a coupling agent can be added in cocaine or sulpiride for treatment, pH of the agent is controlled by Na2HPO4 or NaH2PO4. Base ingredient of eye ointment can be selected from white vaseline ointment, mineral oil, or water-free sheep oil.
