PURPOSE: A wire/wireless connection device of a key-phone system is provided to give wireless-calling services and wire-calling services for an extension subscriber, admitted in the key-phone system. CONSTITUTION: A wire/wireless connection device of a key-phone system comprises: a data interface(10) for synchronizing voice data and call connection data about a key-phone main unit, and inputting/outputting; a telephone interface(40) for synchronizing voice data and call connection data about a wire-connected telephone, and transmitting/receiving; an RF(Radio Frequency) interface(50) for wirelessly transmitting/receiving voice data and call connection data about wireless-connected portable unit; a voice controller(30) for transiting an input/output path of the voice data between the data interface(10) and the telephone interface(40), or transiting an input/output path of the voice data between the data interface(10) and the RF interface(50); and a CPU(Central Processing Unit) for applying a control signal to the voice controller(30).
