<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the judgment conducted by a human by providing information of parts formation, information of storage places where parts are in the usable state, information of process procedures, information of production lines, and information of storage places for storing the parts in completion. SOLUTION: A part formation control part 1 controls the information of parts formation tables 2 and supply origin control places 3. A process procedure control part 4 controls information of process procedures 5 presenting the process of manufacturing items, production lines 6 presenting in what stage in the process the parts are used, and completion storage places 7 presenting places to be stored when the items are completed. A necessary quantity development part 8 develops the information and delivers it to a moving passage decision part 9. Moving target warehouse, moving target line, and storing warehouse information 10 decided by the moving passage decision part 9 generates a production plan 11 combined with information of parts formation tables and process procedures developed in the necessary quantity development part 8. The production command 13 is thus issued from a production support part 12 based on the production plan 11.</p> |
