<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the setting of a shape of an article to be packaged to be free by widening the regulating margin of a tightening force of threads when an article is package with a stitching member, and improve the degree of freedom in selecting a design by making it possible to unify the colors of seams at one end of the stitching member and the other end thereof with respectively different colors. SOLUTION: A ring-like seam 9 is provided through an upper eyelet 11a among eyelets defined at a first end 5 of a leather 1 by making a first thread 7 pass through an edge 3 of the leather 1 from a front face side 1a of the leather 1 and leading it to the lower eyelet 11b from a rear face side 1b thereof by means of a needle 13. Further, a seam 10 is, in the similar way as in the case of the first thread 7, provided by making a second thread 8 while allowing the second thread 8 to intersect the first thread 7 so as to lock a locking part 14 which is an intermediate portion of the seam 9, by making the second thread 8 pass through the other edge 4 of the leather 1 from the front face side 1a and leading it to the lower eyelet 12b from the rear face side 1b by the needle 13.</p> |
