FLAME-RETARDANT POLYCARBONATE RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS INJECTION-MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition made to become flame-retardant with red phosphorus, easy to be toned into a composition having thin and bright color and capable of molding a molded article excellent in impact strength and external appearance, and also to provide a molded article using the same composition. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. resin consisting of (A) 20-100 wt.% polycarbonate resin and (B) 80-0 wt.% styrenic resin, (C) 0.1-10 pts.wt. red phosphorus treated with titanium oxide so as to be stabilized. The above red phosphorus is pref. compositely treated with an other surface treating agent such as a thermosetting resin.
