PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting metal tool to arrange barge boards or instruments such as an antenna on a metallic structure roof in order to firmly fix them to a seam joint or the like and improve the execution efficiency. SOLUTION: This fitting metal tool 1 for a metallic roof is constituted of a base end plate 23, a level difference part, and a front end plate 25. Mutual cut grooves of two pinching metal tools in which an upper plate 20 forming a gentle and forward slanting shape and having an oblong hole extending to the forward and backward sides at the central part of the level difference part and a cut groove reaching one side face edge from the oblong hole along the level difference part, an acutely inclined back plate 21, and a bottom plate 22 having an erected pressing piece 32 at both ends of the front end are integrally constituted, are inserted to each other, and a bolt 3 is inserted from below in the oblong hole that the respective front end plates 25 are positioned under the mutually opposite base end plates 23 to forcibly coincide with each other, and a bolt stopper 5 is interposed therein and a nut 4 with a washer is screwed to integrally constitute them.
