摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain initial structural strength over a long period and to enhance a slip factor by enhancing the corrosion resistance of a splice part structure such as shape steel. SOLUTION: Frictional junction layers 6, 8 are formed on the respective fastening surfaces 5, 7 of shape steel 1 and a splice plate 2. The frictional junction layers 6, 8 are formed of respective irregular rough surfaces 10, 12 formed by blasting of base material and respective sprayed metal coatings 11, 13 of the same or different kinds that cover the irregular rough surfaces 10, 12. The sprayed metal coatings 11, 13 serve also as anti-corrosion coatings. In their fastened condition, the irregular rough surfaces 10, 12 of the shape steel 1 and the splice plate 2 bite into each other and the sprayed metal coatings 11, 13 are agglutinated together. Thereby the frictional forces of the shape steel 1 and the splice plate 2 are increased to enhance a slip factor.
